Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, optional mobile number, city and area.
- Listing details and photos you upload.
- Your saved (favorite) listings.
How it is used
- To run the marketplace, review listings and keep buyers safe.
- Phone and WhatsApp numbers you add to a listing are shown publicly on that listing. Your email is never shown.
- Submitted CNIC, driving licence, passport details and photos, and device IMEI are stored separately. Only My Pak Mobile admins can read these records; sellers and other users cannot retrieve them after submission.
- Seller submission history includes names, contact numbers, identity details and IMEI for admin safety checks. Removing a listing does not erase this restricted record.
Sharing with authorities
- Where legally permitted or required, relevant records may be disclosed to competent authorities following lawful procedures.
Retention & account deletion
- To delete your account, call or WhatsApp 0300-0079997 and tell us the email your account was created with.
- Your profile, favorites and active listings will be deleted or anonymised. Records we are legally required to keep (for example related to fraud reports) may be retained for the required period.
